A luxury retreat in a large beautiful finca in Spain. A magical space nestled into the stunning Andalucian countryside, within its own 15 acre estate of cork forest, woodland and olive and almond groves. The Finca offers a truly peaceful space to rest, retreat and return back to yourself.
Imagine this; all is organised for you. Turn up and be ready to let go of all your daily stresses. Wander around on bare feet, get some Autumn sun, enjoy the fresh mountain air, make new friends or sit in silence, whatever your heart's desire.
Join in with any of the yoga classes on offer. Slow or flow.
Feel completely nourished by the home made organic food, made with love by our in-house chefs.
Swim in the wild, explore a white village and dive deep with our daily workshops.
Take time to read & journal or sit and be.
This retreat is created for you with care and gives you the option to rest, heal and enjoy.
This retreat is for everyone who feels they need to take some time to themselves.
Wether that is to go deep within, into the yogi life-style and to re-access life or to simply be and sit in the sun.
All activities are optional.

Closer to the retreat we will give you a more detailed day-to-day plan but for now you may expect: Yoga (Slow, Flow, Yin & Nidra), Meditation (Vipassana & Guided), Hikes, Town Visit, Wild Swimming, Earthing, Journalling, Somatic Movement, Sharing circle, Movie night & more

We offer coffee/tea/water throughout the day. There will be an honesty bar for other drinks and you are welcome to bring your own. Feel free to drink alcohol, there is no rule about this as it may well be your only escape this year and you may want to celebrate that with a glass of rose.

Needless to say pets are not allowed
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Please take out your own insurance that includes a cancellation policy incase you can't make it
YOGA +
You do not have to take part in any activities and you may take part in all with bells on. The retreat is yours to enjoy as you wish. No need to register for anything.
RESPECT
We do ask you to respect all others by not playing music or chatting loud during classes, workshops or after 11pm
We expect your respect the house and your room like it is your own.
There are no safe's so please leave valuables at home. We can not take responsibility for any damages or loss

is not included in your price but we can organise this for you
REFUNDS
Payment is in 3 instalments. There are no refunds but if you cancel after the first payment you only loose that part and so on. You may at any time offer your space to a friend and we will help you find someone if you need to cancel at a 10% charge. Please take out a travel insurance with a cancellation policy.

Please be conscious of the time it takes to organise and offer this to you as well as the luxurious surroundings and amazing food that will be served. We would appreciate it if you can respect that we do what we can but we can not offer discounts on this retreat.
