About the Event
Has the half term tired you out and the running after kids made you short of breath?
Come and restore in this one hour class where we combine restorative Yoga and Breathwork.
Suitable for all levels as we will be on the floor for the entire hour using many props to access deep relaxation in poses. While still actively stretching muscles and working on our facsia.
Come in comfortable clothing with a warm layer for the Savasana and we will supply the rest. Including your water & tea.
