A day Women's Retreat including a beautiful organic vegetarian lunch.
Expect Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork & Soundbath in a small group with lots of time for laughs.
The aim of the day is uttter relaxation and a break from our busy lives before the Summer Holidays start.
