Join Giap, at The Mat Sanctuary Studio for an intimate evening of Sound Healing and individual Oracle Card Readings.

The evening starts with an aura cleans; as you enter this enchanted space your host will smudge your aura with Sacred Smoke. You will then be guided through a Reiki meditation and invited to create your intention for the evening around the theme of “forgive & let go.”

The sound bath is created by crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and Koshi Wind Chimes. The vibrations from the instruments will penetrate your body into the deepest layers and align your vibration with your intention.

"The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going on within you. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery."

Giap will then allow you to pick a card for interpretation, you have the choice for her to pull a oracle card just for you, and she will relay the messages that come through from the card and spirit, giving you guidance to take with you.
