Reiki Holy Fire Experience

We will start the evening with a moment of calm. Laura will guide you through a breathing exercise and some yoga nidra to ground and become present in the moment.

After this. Kathy Yanovich will guide you through a Reiki Meditation followed by a Reiki Holy fire Experience. 

We will take a moment to reflect on the experience. For ourselves. This will be the end of the eveing.

Kathy is a very experiences Mind, Body & Soul coach and specialises in holistic personal development. 

She is warm, kind and funny and you may expect to be amazed by her healing powers.

Please dress comfortable and warm (Though the studio will be warm and we do provide balnkets).

It would be great if you bring a note book and pen and you can bring any crystals of your choice to aid your healing.

Apart from that we will provide everyhting.

Please feel free to arrive at 7pm for a cup of tea in the beautiful gardens of The Mat Sanctuary and do not arrive late as we will not be able to have people entering the session after we started.
