We will take a moment to see how you feel & to unwind with Yoga Nidra before Kathy will open the space for her wonderful Holy Fire Reiki healing. All you need to do is get comfortable and relax. The high vibrational energy will do the work for you.
Afterwards there is time to reflect if you like or you can write in your diary and drink a cup of tea.
