Let's break the taboo and talk about the MENOPAUSE

That stage in life where we can feel so insignifact & invisible. Where we feel anything but ourselves. Where we want to cry but are too busy coping with hot flushes and night sweats. Trying to navigate life with teenagers and a partner who does not understand you.

Become quite the expert on how to arrive in one piece on the other side.

Book 1 night or all 3 remaining at a discounted rate (with code BOOKALL).

These evenings are for everybody: perimenopause, menopause or over the hill. You like to talk about it or learn more; you are welcome at any age. It is however women only.

WEEK 1: This one is done...

WEEK 2: This one is Done (Diet & HRT Combined. How can what we drink and eat effect how (hot) we feel? Guest speaker dietician Vanessa Favell will talk us through it. Combined Dr Sian Evans who will be here to answer all your HRT related questions.)

WEEK 3: (March 2nd) Reflexology as a tool. How can you use reflexology yourself, on your own feet, to help alleviate the symtoms of the menopause. + a visit from Sam Bunch, Author of 'Menopause. A hot topic' to talk Menopause Revolution. There may be a crystal sound bath, there could be wine instead... An evening to really let your thoughts on this whole hotflush saga roll.

LAST ONE: (March 23rd) Sex in the menopause. How to get your drive back. How to manage your needs and how to feel close to your partner & loving your body. Combined with pelvic floor exercises (what else?!) product recommendations and Full Moon Crystal bowl Soundbath.

(If you like the idea: It will be full moon in cancer: You may be prone to emotional fluctuations. Organs influenced by cancer moon sign: Ovary, womb, placenta, vagina, breast... Coinsidence?)
