Yogic scriptures describe the body as an energy system with 72,000 energy pathways (nadis) flowing throughout the body. Kundalini Yoga works by moving the energy through these pathways to open up the flow of your life force.This process also involves purifying the subconscious mind and the body of emotion, old belief systems, limitations and negativity. When you practise Kundalini yoga regularly, it’s not unusual to experience better health, more vitality, an open heart, more balanced mind and a strong physical body.
These classes combine breath work, movement, music, mantra, meditation and relaxation. They help build strength and stamina in the body, balance the nervous system and still the mind. They are suitable for all abilities and all ages. It is not necessary to have practised yoga before.
6 weeks term: £72 (Drop in when available £12)
Sarah is a 400+hr yoga teacher trained in Kundalini Yoga and Kundalini Yoga for birth and pregnancy.
