This 60 min class will combine breath work, a mindful vinyasa flow and somatic practices to help you connect to your inner landscape of mind, body and emotions, leaving you feeling centred, present and at peace.
Your Teacher Olivia is a 500+hr YTT yoga teacher trained in vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, bhakti and yoga nidra. Her classes have a focus on tuning out of the mind and into the body, through the breath and mindful movement. She also uses a range of somatic practices to help her students open up energetic pathways, strengthen the mind-body connection and let go of tension. ‘My intention is to hold space for you to connect to the deepest part of you, where you start to believe you have everything you need within you and you are worthy and whole exactly as you are.’
