An evening for 18+ only. Ideal for parents and all grown ups who are just sooooo tired...
Between Christmas & New Year, take an hour out of your busy schedule for breathing exercises, a hot drink and pure relaxation.
Grab a mat, a blanket and an eye pillow and just be.Â
We will guide you to full relaxation and the ultimate hour of rest.
Tickets are by donation. Think about what an hour of relaxation is worth to you. You pay what you can afford, kindly baring in mind our lovely studio, the heating, the materials and our time.Â
In December there will be an option to try our new OTO CBD oils to make you relax even furter, to calm the nervous system and to aid sleep. (1 dose of quality CBD drops, safe to take before driving, £3 on the night)
No need to bring anything You can rock up in your joggers and slippers. No experience required.
