Busy lives. Anxiety. Stress. No sleep and upcoming exams are not a great combination.
Take a moment of rest from the safety of your bedroom, headphones on, duvet, relax.
These sessions will include a 5 minute breathing exercise to reset your nervous system to calm and then guide you through Yoga Nidra.
Go Google if you want to know more, but this is basically Yogic (consious) sleep for deep relaxation, with an added (HUGE) benefit that it resets the brain to help with concentration & retaining the information you put it.
That should sell it to you, so give it a try.
Adults welcome too. Works the same magic. So great if you have an important meeting or presentation coming up or if you just feel your brain needs a boost in remebering daily facts.
