About the Event
Experience 45 minutes of yoga with the wonderful Lidyia from Suryalila in Southern Spain to be transported to sunnier climates from your mat at home and to add an active start to your day.
This session will end with a 15 Minute Meditative Savasana from The Mat Sanctuary.
